1) Get a sponsorship form

Please help in the race against cancer by becoming a corporate sponsor. If you would like to learn more, please contact us.

To become a sponsor, please complete a Sponsor Sign-Up form (see below) indicating the level of sponsorship you would like to offer. Donations of any amount will be gratefully accepted.

The deadline is September 8 for publication in the program and on the t-shirt.

A)	Print and Mail Your Sponsorship Form (PDF Format - 20K) Print and mail the sign-up form to the address below.
B)	Have a Sponsorship Form Mailed to You Call Doug Strott at 1-508-236-3045 or email him at strott@sensata.com. Please make sure that you include your name and address.

2) Choose your sponsorship level

Platinum Level — $2,000 and up
Your company name and logo on t-shirt
Half-page ad in the race program

Gold Level — $1,000 to $1,999
Your company name and logo on t-shirt
Quarter-page ad in the race program

Silver Level — $500 to $999
Your company name and logo on t-shirt
Name in the race program

Bronze Level — $50 to $499
Name in the race program
