1、MFG Supervisor (生产主管): 1 person
Responsibility:
1) Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area to meet  production goals, quality and cost objectives.
2) Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function, develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
3) Leads subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies.
Qualification:
1) Bachelor degree. Good Japanese language ability, with basic English skill.
2) Major in manufacture engineer or industry engineer is advanced.
3) Above 3 years of experience in the related fields, having the experience of manufacture supervisor is first.
4) Strong ability about communication & team work.

2、Facility Supervisor (设施主管): 1 person
Responsibility:
1)  Be responsible for managing the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.
2）Plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.
3) Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
Qualification:
1) Bachelor degree, majoring in Mechanical engineer (HVAC) or other related major.
2) Good English both in writing and speaking.
3) Above 5 years of working experience related to facility.
4) Strong communication skill.
3、TPM supervisor (全面生产维护主管): 1 person
Responsibility:
1) Be responsible for developing the Total Production Maintenance project and 5S Project.
2) Implements related training to employees.
Qualification:
1) Bachelor degree in engineering or mechanic major.
2) Familiar with 5S and TPM.
3) Good English both in speaking and writing.
4) Careful and responsible.
 
4、Industry Engineer (工业工程师): 1 person
Responsibility:
1) Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
2) Interfaces with engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
3) Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
4) As required, maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations. 5) Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Qualification:
1) Requires a BS degree or equivalent experience in product production planning and some knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and cost reduction techniques.
2) Above 3 years of related experience.
3) Good English both in speaking and writing.
4) Strong ability about communication & team work.
5、Process Engineer (工艺工程师): 4 persons
Responsibility:
1) Responsible for development of new or modified process formulations, definition of processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, review of processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture and fabrication.
2) Reviews product requirements with design staff to ensure compatibility of processing methods.
3) Recommends and prepares changes, additions, and modifications which will facilitate manufacturing.
4) Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.
5) May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes in sub-assembly, crimping, calibration, function test, leak test and wire bonding.
6) Follows standard practices in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Qualification:
1) B.S. degree or above.
2) Above 3 Years of related working experience in technical field.
3) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.
4) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.

6、R&M Engineer (设备工程师): 1 person
Responsibility:
1) Responsible for evaluating, selecting, and ordering equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
2) Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
3) Keeps current on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades and safety issues.
4) Studies equipment performance and reliability.
5）Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
6) Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations.
7) Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Qualification:
1) B.S. degree or above.
2) Above 5 Years of experience in electro mechanical equipment maintenance and knowledge of PLC/ AutoCAD, ISO9001 and TS16949.
3) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
 
7、QRA Engineer (质量工程师): 1 person
Responsibility:
1) Responsible for developing, applying, revising, and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
2) Designs and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment.
3) Analyzes reports and returned products, and recommends corrective action.
4) Prepares documentation for inspection/testing procedures.
5) Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Qualification:
1) Requires a BS degree or equivalent experience in product planning and some knowledge of inspection methods in the design, fabrication, and production of electronic equipment.
2) Minimum of 2 years related experience.
3) Good at spoken and written English.
4) Familiarity with TS16949 quality system requirements is a plus.

8、Buyer (采购员): 1 person
Responsibility:
1) Responsible for obtaining materials, components, equipment, and services.
2) Checks requisitions, obtains quotations, examines bids, and makes awards.
3) Develops new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are inadequate.
4) Coordinates purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels. As required, monitors the cost, schedule, and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value.
5) May evaluate vendor reliability. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Qualification:
1) Bachelor’s degree or above.
2) Aggressive, open-mind, good communication skills and team work spirit.
3) Always try to be a solution-provider.
4) Above 4 Years of experience is preferred.
5) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking; Basic Japanese skills.

9、Financial Analyst (财务分析) : 1person
Responsibility:
1) Be responsible for developing, interpreting and implementing financial concepts for financial planning and control.
2) Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
3) Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, operating forecasts, etc.
3) Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and impact of governmental requirements。
Qualification:
1) Bachelor degree in accounting or finance major.
2) Know ERP system, SOX.
3) Good English both in speaking and writing.
4) Careful and responsible.
5) Residence in Baoying or near Baoying.
10、HR Generalist (人力资源专员): 2名
Responsibility:
1) Responsible for a variety of activities in human resource administration.
2) Screens resumes and applications and may interview applicants.
3) Counsels employees concerning work related problems and conducts termination interviews.
4) Writes position descriptions, benefit brochures and employee handbooks.
5) Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects.
6) May assist in the formulation of manpower objectives, personnel policies and procedures.

Qualification:

11、R&M Technician (维修技师): 2 名
主要职责:
1) 负责生产过程中电气机械设备的故障确认和解决。
2) 根据设计图纸，操作维修手册及草图进行设备的拆装，调试和修理。
3) 使用测试和诊断设备实行机器的检验。
4) 有需要时，须执行生产设备的改造。
能力要求:
1) 大专以上学历，3年以上经验，具备基本英语知识。
2) 善于学习，踏实勤快, 能上三班倒。
3) 领悟力强，具有一定的现场维修经验。
4) 熟悉PLC电路控制或熟练使用CAD软件优先。
