1Bill of Material Analyst (BOM分析师): 2 persons
Responsibility:
1) Assembles the item attributes and product structure (BOM) with input from the businesses, design engineer (ECNs), and drafting groups using Oracle and Matrix software.
2) Enters costs which relate to components, labor hours, outside processing, labor and overhead rates.
3) Supports project work as identified.
4) Follows standard practices and procedures.
5) Complex tasks include developing skills to analyze problems with BOM structure and costing.
6) Works special projects as submitted by customers, global BOM teams, and other teams.
7) Deliverables: Timely, accurate response to customer needs, some overtime.
Qualification:
1) B. S. degree or above.
2) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
3) Good Excel skill is a necessity and good Word/ PowerPoint skill is helpful.
4) Team & People skills include good time management, self-starter, follow up skills, and must be a flexible team player/good attitude.

 

2IT Application Engineer (IT应用工程师): 1 person
Responsibility:
1) Supports the design/construction and implementation phases of a system and/or upgrade project. Recommends improvements to strategy, application usage, or process, applying knowledge of the business processes in various functional areas.
2) DB (SQL or Oracle) support & maintenance and performance tuning.
3) Web/Sharepoint site support & maintenance.
4) Mechanization DB and application support.
5) Provide system relative training for end users.
Qualification:
1) B.S. degree or above.
2) Above 2 Years of related working experience in SQL server DB Administration, DB related development and reporting development/support.
3) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
4) Basic knowledge of IIS/SharePoint2007 maintenance and development.
5) Experience in Visual-Studio / MSDBA certification is preferred.


3Best Cost Sourcing Manager (BCS经理): 1 person
Responsibility:

1) Leads a cross-functional team in BCS/strategic initiatives.
2) Supervises and develops the direct report Sourcing Engineer in Changzhou.
3) Identifies and assists in qualification of strategic sources in Asia for supply to Sensata globally.
Qualification:
1) Undergraduate university degree in a technical or business field. MBA is preferred.
2) Minimum 7 years of experience in a sourcing supervisory or management capacity.
3) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking. Good MS Office skill.
4) Strong leadership skills; excellent communication skills.
5) High level of integrity and ethics.
6) Basic training experience in purchasing, negotiating and Six Sigma.


4MFG Supervisor (制造主管): 5 persons
Responsibility:
1) Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
2) Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
3) Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function.
4) Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
5) Receives predetermined work assignments with specific instructions.
6) Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
7) Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups.
8) Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
9) Generally supervises nonexempt employees (i.e., assemblers, operators, clerical support).
Qualification:
1) B. S. degree or above.
2) Above 3 Years of related working experience.
3) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
4) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.
5) Good knowledge on clean room and ESD protection system maintenance and good sense for 5S improvement is preferred.


5R&M Supervisor (设备维护主管): 1 person
Responsibility:

1) Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of production equipment.
2) Maintains production equipment in a manner which meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime.
3) Oversees technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment.
4) Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
5) Administers training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance and repair programs and procedures.
6) Maintains inventory or spare parts. Responsible for scheduling activities.
7) Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.
8) Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, outside customers and functional peer groups at management levels.
9) Provides general supervision to lower level supervisors and direct supervision to exempt employees and/or skilled nonexempt employees (i.e., maintenance technicians).
Qualification:
1) B. S. degree or above.
2) Above 3 Years of related working experience.

6Process Supervisor (工艺主管): 1 person
Responsibility:
1) Responsible for development of new or modified process formulations, definition of processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, review of processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture and fabrication.
2) Reviews product requirements with design staff to ensure compatibility of processing methods.
3) Recommends and prepares changes, additions, and modifications which will facilitate manufacturing.
4) Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.
5) May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes in sub-assembly, crimping, calibration, function test, leak test and wire bonding.
6) Follows standard practices in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
7) Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups.
8) Provides general supervision to lower level supervisors and direct supervision to exempt employees and/or skilled nonexempt employees (i.e., maintenance technicians)
Qualification:
1) B.S. degree or above.
2) Above 3 Years of related working experience in technical field.
3) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
4) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.


7Facility Supervisor (设施主管): 1 person
Responsibility:
1) Responsible for managing the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.
2) Plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.
3) Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion.
4) May have responsibility for establishing and overseeing health and safety standards.
5) Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
6) Receives predetermined work assignments with specific instructions.
7) Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups.
8) Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
9) Generally supervises semi-skilled nonexempt employees (i.e., maintenance helpers).
Qualification:
1) B. S. degree or above, majoring in Mechanical engineer (HVAC) or other equivalent ones.
2) Above 5 Years of related working experience.
3) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
4) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.


8Test Engineer (测试工程师): 1 person
Responsibility:
1) Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
2) Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, completes specifications and procedures for new products.
3) Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
4) May assist in calibration technician and test technician training.
5) Manages the calibration Lab and Test Lab.
Qualification:
1) B.S. degree or above.
2) 3-5 Years of equivalent experience in product design, test, or production engineering.
3) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
4) Basic knowledge of computerized electronic test equipment.


9SQE (供应商质量管理工程师): 1 person
Responsibility:
1) Defines and standardizes metrics and systems for supplier development and suppliers performance reviews.
2) Performs supplier audits and assessments.
3) Deploys global quality tools such as Change Management, NPD, APQP to improve suppliers’ process control and product quality.
4) Follows up for supplier quality related case; supplier 8Ds tracking for completeness, problem resolution and timeliness, communicates with supplier and follows up the results.
5) Continuous improvement activity of supplier quality.
Qualification:
1) Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electrical, mechanical or other equivalent ones.
2) Above 5 years of related experience.
3) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
4) Familiar with TS16949 is preferred.


10QRA Engineer (质量工程师): 4 persons
Responsibility:
1) Responsible for developing, applying, revising, and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
2) Designs and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment.
3) Analyzes reports and returned products, and recommends corrective action.
4) Prepares documentation for inspection/testing procedures.
5) Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Qualification:
1) B. S. degree or above.
2) Above 6 Years of related working experience in product planning and some knowledge of inspection methods in the design, fabrication, and production of electronic equipment.
3) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
4) Process concept, basic knowledge of product, electro mechanical equipment and ISO9001 & TS16949.


11R&M Engineer (设备工程师): 10 persons
Responsibility:
1) Responsible for evaluating, selecting, and ordering equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
2) Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
3) Keeps current on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades and safety issues.
4) Studies equipment performance and reliability.
5)Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
6) Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations.
7) Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Qualification:
1) B.S. degree or above.
2) Above 5 Years of experience in electro mechanical equipment maintenance and knowledge of PLC/ AutoCAD, ISO9001 and TS16949.
3) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.

 
12Safety Engineer (安全工程师): 1 person
Responsibility:
1) Be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring company safety programs and policies.
2) Ensures compliance with government health and safety regulations.
3) Conducts employee training in emergency response, life safety, industrial hygiene, and chemical and fire hazards.
4) Responds to emergencies and investigates accidents and recommends corrective action.
Qualification:
1) Bachelor degree, majoring in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or other equivalent ones.
2) Above 2 years of working experience in safety and some knowledge of safety regulations, codes and guidelines.
3) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
4) Strong communication skill.


13Process Engineer (工艺工程师): 4 persons
Responsibility:

5) 协助工程师开展新线建立的相关工作。
能力要求:
1) 大专以上学历,两年以上相关工作经验,具备基本英语知识。
2) 善于学习,踏实勤快, 能上三班倒。
3) 领悟力强,具有一定的现场维修经验。
4) 熟悉PLC电路控制或熟练使用CAD软件优先。


15Mechanical & Tooling Technician (机械技术员):  5
主要职责:
1) 负责生产设备的维修及保养。
2) 进行故障分析,发掘根本原因。
3) 改进提升设备性能和机器设置。
4) 协助工程师进行分析,提高OEE。
5) 协助工程师开展新线建立的相关工作。
6) 根据设计图和加工流程表完成相关的生产任务,可能包括:按照精密尺寸切割修整金属。
能力要求:
1) 大专以上学历,五年以上相关工作经验,具备基本英语知识。
2) 善于学习,踏实勤快, 能上三班倒。
3) 领悟力强,具有一定的现场维修经验。
4) 熟悉PLC电路控制或熟练使用CAD软件优先。
5) 熟悉机械制图和Office办公软件的使用,较强的沟通能力。


16Facility on-duty staff (设施技术员): 4
主要职责:
1) 执行综合性技术工作以支持工程维护活动包括设施机械、化学和电气系统的规划、设计、使用说明、启动和运行。
2) 负责日常公共设施的巡查、维护和保养工作,满足内部客户关于安全和设备系统可靠性的要求。
3) 使用电脑数据源进行问题分析解决以支持系统的不断优化。
能力要求:
1) 一年及以上现场操作经验,熟悉电力设备、压缩机及暖通设备的维修保养。
2) 了解自动灭火系统。
3) 高中或技校以上学历,暖通/供电相关专业背景。
4) 男性为佳。
