1、China Engineering Manager(中国区工程经理) : 1 person
Responsibilities:
1) Manages and coordinates an engineering team. Provides planning, direction and coordination for all technical activities while achieving optimum use of people, equipment, materials, and facilities.
2) Responsible for placement of people, performance evaluations and salary adjustments.
3) Plans and establishes engineering schedules and follows up performance.
4) Confers with the related departments to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products.
5) Prepares and controls department budget, forecasts operating costs of department, and directs preparation of budget requests.

Qualification:

2、Product Design Engineer- Appliance(产品设计工程师－白色家电保护器) ：1 person
Responsibility:
1) Carry out the design process of electrical protection products from concept phase to production launch.
2) Design electro-mechanical portions of electrical protection products in the major home appliance segment.
3) Modify existing product designs to meet customer requirements and to improve performance, quality, and cost.
4) Work with suppliers to understand their processes and capabilities, and how these affect our end products.
5) Support other areas, such as quality and manufacturing, to ensure successful production of existing devices.
6) Respond to internal and external customer concerns and requests in a timely manner.
7) Perform feasibility assessments and design verification using analytical and experimental methods.
8) Maintain product documentation (drawings and specifications).  Prepare, test, and de-bug prototypes.
Qualification:

6、Field Application Engineer (应用工程师):  1 person
Responsibility:
1) Provide applications engineering support to customers in China. 
2) Set up an applications lab, and perform evaluations on socket solutions for customers. 
3) Work with customers to solve field concerns and drive improved yield performance for their process. 
4) Visit customer locations to assess opportunities and develop value based solutions for their needs.  
5) Work with Sales and Marketing to rapidly respond to customer needs.
6) Learn the Sensata socket portfolio to optimize the socket offerings and quickly close New Business Opportunities.
Qualification:
1) BS Mechanical Engineering with a preference for Masters Degree in a Service or Business role.
2) Strong problem solving ability coupled with a bias for hands on exploration of customers product line.
3) Enthusiasm for working with customers to meet ever expanding requirements/challenges.
4) Microsoft Office product knowledge needed.
5) SolidWorks or other CAD package proficiency.
6) Exposure to Quality practices such as Six Sigma.
7) English language proficiency required.
7、H&I Design Engineer (空调设备及工业设计工程师) ：1 person
Responsibility:
1) Application and design engineering for HVAC and industrial products.
2) Conversion of customer requirements into products, specifications, drawings, engineering documentation, etc.
3) Setting up product definitions for Manufacturing & Quality assurance at Mfg. sites (U.S.A., China, Malaysia, Mexico and Japan).
4) Plans DV/PV (Validation tests) reflecting customer requirements and coordinates it with design centers/Mfg sites, and to get customer acceptance for new product and change approvals.
Qualification:
1) Bachelor degree & above, majoring in Engineering, Statistics, Materials (metals & plastics), Electrical, etc.
2) Minimum 5 years of job experiences in engineering (product designs, equipment designs, or product application engineering).
3) Job experiences in a foreign company, especially in a Japanese company like Matsushita, Mitsubishi, etc. or American company, who might have given a substantial & practical training on the ways of doing business, is preferred.
4) PC & Documentation skills (Word, Excel, PC-based CAD) and English proficiency.

8、Sensor Test Engineer (传感器测试工程师): 1 persons
Responsibility:
1) Takes charge of daily management & maintenance of sample lab.
2) Arranges components inventory and carries out sample making.
3) Carries out tests such as T-shock, vibration, vibration, pressure, humidity, ESD, etc.
4) Data analysis.
5) Takes charge of designing for test fixture. 
6) Carries out analysis for customer returns.
Qualification:
1) Bachelor degree with ME or EE.
2) 3 years+ of experience on sensor or electronics test, matching of above test description is preferable.
3) Professional background of related technology; Skillful in SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
4) Very good communication and convincing ability.
5) English/Japanese in reading/writing and mandarin.

9、PMT Engineer (产品/项目管理工程师): 1 person
Responsibility:
1) Program management &/or Product Management.
2) Program management for new product launch & improvement programs of significant importance to the business.
3) Facilitating global, cross-functional teams in support of business goals.
Qualification:
1) B.S. or above in Engineering (Masters in Management or an MBA is preferred).
2) Minimum 3 years of program and/or product management experience in a high-technology environment, preferably automotive. 
3) Good at spoken and written English and basic Japanese language skill.
4) Familiarity with TS16949 quality system requirements is a plus.
5) Good personality to communicate globally.
6) Domestic and international travel will be required.
 
 
10、Customer Service Representative (客服代表): 1 person
Responsibility:
1) Receives PO from the customers, clarify with Sales, and input PO into Oracle system.
2) Releases sales acknowledgment, inform customer the shipping date and payment term, prevent overdue situation happen.
3) Closely works with different Sensata BCPs (Sensata Mexico/ Sensata Malaysia/ Sensata Changzhou) right people and world wide Sensata team like , planner, logistic and customer service to follow the situation of the delivery even with hard time difference. Follows up whole shipment process till goods received by the customer.
4) Arranges goods return if quality issue happened and can not be solved at customer side.
5) Works together with sales to solve any delivery issue in case of Sensata can not meet customer requirement.
6) Sends out sample order form according to the request from marketing / sales or engineer, get back the samples on time.
7) Weekly releases NR report and Monthly NBO update.
8) Updates loading forecast by Quarter or immediately if needed.
9) Be familiar with Import and export procedure, be able to solve issues related to custom clearance.
10) Exports control responsibility follow Sensata regulation.
11) Supports other urgent requirement approved by supervisor.
Qualification:
1) University or college for secretary or international trading.
2) Experience in Secretary/ assistant or (Better and) trading.
3) Fluently English in reading/writing/Speaking and mandarin.
4) Ability of good communication with both inside and outside Sensata people.
5) International trading knowledge for import and export.
6) PC (Power point, Excel, Word…).
