Greetings to Sensata’s supply chain partners.  As I approach the closure of my second year here at Sensata I want to take this opportunity to provide you with some guidance and my outlook for 2010. First, I recognize that everyone has felt the difficulty of 2009 both in the down side and now in the upswing and recovery.  We have just been through an unprecedented year which has tested our supply chain resiliency to the limit.  Now that 2010 is upon us, the key to our success will be keeping our initiatives simple and succinct so we do not burden ourselves with overly complex solutions.  With that in mind, I want to keep us focused on continuous improvement in three key fundamental areas that I am sure you will agree are equally important to your business -- Quality, Cost and Delivery.  Allow me to articulate some of my thoughts about these three basic concepts.
