Sensata’s High Voltage Distribution Units (HVDU) are a family of products consisting of Power Distribution Units (PDU), Charge Units (CU), and Charge PDUs. They are custom designed for managing electrical power in heavy duty electric commercial vehicles. Designed to optimize performance and safety, our HVDU efficiently distributes power to the battery under charging and from the battery to various vehicle systems during operation. It features robust high-voltage protection mechanisms, connectors, and modular configurations to suit different applications.

Sensata’s high voltage electrical distribution units integrate in-house developed components such as fuses, high-voltage contactors, liquid cooled busbars, IP-rated enclosures, Electric Vehicle Charge Controller (EVCC), Insulation Monitoring Devices (IMD), current sensors, and control electronics.
