The SPV and SPC encoder signal converters are situated between the encoder and the control system to allow interface to a variety of industrial controls and drives. The SPV and SPC converters provides output levels equivalent to the supply voltage to the unit within the range of 5-28 VDC. SPV is commonly used to provide 24 VDC HTL output. The SPC interface provides open collector output.
