Product Change Notification Epoxy Coverage dimensions for SIP type Solid State Relays

To improve on the manufacturing process and reduce the amount of rework done on the terminals of some SIP type SSRs, the allowed epoxy coverage was increased slightly, while maintaining a sufficient length on the terminals to allow the relay to be properly soldered on standard width PC boards.
